South Quay Plaza Estate was built by the Greater London Council as key worker housing during the 70ties.

Erect Architecture were commissioned to refurbish the communal areas of Nightingale House as a benchmark for future phases of refurbishment.

Our design highlights the semi public character of the spaces using lamppost like luminaires and external grade paving.
