Rotherfield Crescent: Competition for housing development

Our design for this Brighton infill site proposes four generous family homes, clustered together to protect the amenity of the surrounding semi-detached houses.

The new homes share an east facing communal courtyard and benefit from small private gardens, generous room sizes, double height living rooms and sweeping views over the South Downs.

The proposal was developed in collaboration with Variant Office.
